Administration and Office- Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to arrange appointments for our clients to meet with our allied health team.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with families attending Royal Far West (online or inperson in Manly) to schedule appointments across a team of multidisciplinary clinicians and coordinate referrals, travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Providing operational support to a team of multidisciplinary health professionals/clinicians
- Developing and managing relationships with parents, carers and school staff to effectively guide them through Royal Far West's programs and support service delivery
- Utilising multiple complex operational systems to coordinate client care, schedule appointments and manage daily tasks.

The ability to work flexibly and autonomously in a dynamic environment
A demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail
The ability to self-manage and be resilient to multiple stakeholder demands
A proactive and action driven attitude with proven problem-solving skills
The ability to navigate and operate multiple complex computer systems and databases, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A demonstrated ability to exercise judgment, confidentiality, initiative, and diplomacy
Desirable Criteria
Experience in a clinical coordination role, including the ability to use Medical/Patient Administration Systems
Experience in the not-for-profit sector, health and/or education sectors
An interest in child development and rural issues
