THE POSITION: Fairfield City Council has an opportunity for a person who is interested in learning about insurance claims management. The position administers Council's Insurance portfolio, dealing with all aspects of insurance claims management that includes, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Motor Vehicle (Heavy, Plant and Light), Industrial Special Risk (i.e. Property Damage).

ABOUT YOU:

Dedicated to providing a customer focused service
Professional and motivated disposition
Experience in claims management is not essential, if you have a passion for learning, Council will provide training to the successful applicant

ESSENTIAL:

Experience in MS Office suite of programs
Experience in working with corporate systems and processes
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Skills and experience working within a customer service environment
Interpersonal and communication skills
Organisation and time management skills

SALARY & EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:
