Qualifications and Requirements:

Certified Sommelier with a proven track record in a high-end, 1 or 2-Hat dining establishment:


  • Profound knowledge of both local and international wines, with a focus on Mornington Peninsula's varietals:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and the team:
