An interesting part of our business is our Embedded Networks and Energy Team, which manage the energy requirements for our living centre portfolio to power HVAC, lighting, vertical transport, and key infrastructure.

We also on-sell the supply of energy to our retailers too.


Your opportunity


As a
Energy Customer Billing Analyst you will play an integral part of the Energy Team, responsible for managing the needs of our customers, including customer billing.

You will add value to the business through managing the investigation and resolution of all customer enquiries.


Your key accountabilities will include:


  • Day to day management of the operation and maintenance of retail billing and settlement systems and all associated systems, processes, and tools to ensure they are efficient, timely and accurate.
  • Investigation, resolution and / or escalation of Customer Enquiries
  • Coordination with energy service providers for issue resolution
  • Support development of customers offers and contract management
  • Maintaining contract records
  • General Administration

What will set you
apart from the rest?

  • Experience in Office, Finance, Energy administration
  • Energy / Utility billing or similar experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables
  • Experience in customer relations role, including dealing with challenging customers, negotiation and resolving issues
