Employment Opportunity

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) & Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security
  • Develop, and implement highly available, multiregion solutions within Microsoft Azure
  • Migrate existing services to cloudbased solutions
  • Monitor the performance of cloud systems, proactively identifying and addressing any performance bottlenecks or issues
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure, promptly resolving any identified issues
  • Configure and document cloud solutions through the use of InfrastructureasCode (IaC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) toolsets and practices
  • Maintaining and improving documentation and processes

How you can help us make a difference
Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of IT experience with 2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and services, including virtualisation, server, storage, networking, and XaaS
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring, implementing and supporting the Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams / Phone, Intune MDM, Exchange Online, Entra, Power Platform and Security
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft 365 Information Protection and Compliance Management
  • Experience in Azure landing zones, blueprints, express route, load balancing, NSG, Azure networking, routing tables and VPN gateways
  • Demonstrated experience in DevOps and CI/CD including source control and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience in cloud orchestration and monitoring technology
  • Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Windows Server fundamentals (AD, DNS, Group Policy etc)
  • Please note: Salaries in the department are provided through its Enterprise Agreement. Additional remuneration may also be provided through Individual Flexibility Arrangements (IFA). These IFAs can be negotiated prior to commencement._
