This is a remarkable opportunity to join our client on their journey of success.

As the successful person, you will assume the role of building and developing key relationships with new and existing clients.

Your exceptional organisational management skills, clear communication abilities and strategic thinking will see you absolutely soar in this stellar role, with your responsibilities including but not limited to:

Receive, respond and input data for all initial enquiries for legal services and general upkeep of CRM records & other marketing records
Supporting Marketing Manager in developing and updating marketing content
Capture client feedback and reviews and liaise directly with client contacts on nonlegal aspects of relationships as necessary
Promote client relationship management best practice across the firm

To be considered for this exciting new opportunity, it is

required that you hold strong experience in a similar position ideally within a legal firm, including front line management. You will have large amounts of self-initiative, proactiveness and the ability to be thorough in all that you do, as well as having a flare for building trusting relationships.
