    The opportunity:

    Our Pharmacy Services division at EBOS Group is actively seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HR team. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for Pharmacists and Technicians, with the flexibility to support other positions when needed. We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who prioritizes candidate care and has experience in talent pool creation to fill vacancies promptly. As a key player in our overall Talent strategy, you will have the autonomy to enhance our internal recruitment function and ensure top-notch processes.

    This role presents an ideal chance for an internal recruiter interested in high-volume recruitment or someone aiming to transition from agency recruitment to an internal role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Determine job requirements, screen candidates, and collaborate with HR leadership and business managers on hiring needs
    • Develop and drive recruitment initiatives to showcase the Employee Value Proposition and attract talent
    • Work closely with stakeholders to identify recruitment needs
    • Define selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements
    • Evaluate applications, screen candidates, and conduct pre-interview assessments
    • Forecast hiring needs as part of strategic planning

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field (preferred)
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and design hiring strategies
    • Familiarity with effective hiring platforms like Seek and Linked In
    • Experience in candidate screening, shortlisting, and interviewing
    • Proficient in documenting processes and staying updated on industry trends
    • Strong decision-making skills and excellent communication abilities
