Working for this dynamic technology driven organisation you will be part of the Digital Experience & Optimisation team, driving consistency and leading channel reporting and analytics across both web and mobile app channels.
Your band-new role will see you responsible for providing accurate and timely insights into the health of the digital business.
Key activities
- Ensure website performance is appropriately monitored and evaluated
- Contribute to the development and extension of digital management information by defining analytic requirements to support optimisation, including dashboards and funnels, campaign tracking and reporting, SEO, SEM and internal search reporting etc
- Analyse data to drive continual improvements to website content, structure, design and product features
- Demonstrate continuous improvement through web analytics performance measurement and contributing to the regular showcases
- Assist in maintaining tag managements platforms Google Tag Manager and Adobe DTM / Launch
- Develop, maintain and evolve our digital segmentation capabilities and usage of Adobe Audience Manager
- Assist in planning and coordinate delivery of the digital optimisation roadmap, focusing on the delivery of A|B experiments & personalised experiences in line with business activity
- Use our digital segmentation capabilities to optimise conversion and digital selfservice
Skills, knowledge and experience
- Previous experience in digital analytics, analytics development and or data analysis
- Experience working with the Adobe Marketing Cloud, particularly Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience Manager
- Familiarity with optimisation tools and approaches for A/B and multivariate testing, eg. Adobe Target Strong data visualisation/design capability with the ability to present data driven insights to a variety of stakeholders
- Experience in designing and implementing customer segmentation
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of CMS and website management tools eg: Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience and understanding of working in Agile environment
- Strong interpersonal communications and stakeholder management skills, able to influence, build credibility and gain commitment across all levels (from team members to senior management)
