Full Time Perm | 24/7 Rotating Roster 4 days on, 4 days off

Salary $62,800 + Super + Bonus
Located in Port Melbourne, CBD | Staff Parking

The Role:

Your role will be supporting and speaking to gaming technicians as well as general staff and assisting them with any issues that they may be facing with their gaming machinery.

These will predominately be

inbound calls and will require excellent

English proficiency. You will then locate the issue and find out what actions have been taken so far. Once the issue has been identified you will guide them through the resolution.

About you:

Available to work on a
rotating roster, 4 days on 4 days off,
24/7:
Preferably experience in the
gaming industry with a IT background:
The ability to
articulate technical issues in an easily
comprehensible manner.

Reliable, Punctual, and
Collaborative workstyle

Customer service and Call Centre experience.
Great
listening skills and a
clear communicator.
