Renowned chef Matt Moran is bringing his award-winning style to Canberra for the first time, opening sister venues: Compa, an Italian steakhouse, and Sando, an Italian deli-style sandwich shop next door
Compa is an Italian-style meat-focused restaurant that prioritises quality produce sourced from some of Australia's leading producers and local suppliers.
We're looking for experienced full-time Section Waiter.

The Role
- A la carte table service for lunches and dinners.
- Setting and cleaning tables and service areas
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Detailed explanation for the food and beverages to customers
- 5 days a week
About You
years experience in a busy high end a la carte restaurant / bistro
- Able to carry 3 + plates
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Well presented with excellent interpersonal skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Valid RSA (competency card)
- Valid Australian Working Rights
