We currently have an opportunity within our Subaru Retail team for an experienced, enthusiastic, organised and customer driven
Business Manager - Finance & Insurance to join our dealership at
Subaru Essendon.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:

Thrives off achieving personal and site results to generate revenue above and beyond expectations
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face to face and phone environment
Demonstrates the ability to work with other Business Managers and a sales team to maximise results
Has previous automotive Business Manager Experience and strong negotiation skills
Has a resilient and proactive attitude to managing challenges
Takes accountability and ownership of educating the sales team on finance and insurance products to build strength in an early introduction process
Has strict adherence to compliance and ability to follow process
Has a high level of computer literacy
Era experience highly regarded
Demonstrates leadership ability through supporting the sales team in successfully closing deals
Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation and planning skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers at all times
Enjoys working in a retail environment
