We currently have an opportunity within our Subaru Retail team for an experienced, enthusiastic, organised and customer driven
Business Manager - Finance & Insurance to join our dealership at
Subaru Essendon.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:
- Thrives off achieving personal and site results to generate revenue above and beyond expectations
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face to face and phone environment
- Demonstrates the ability to work with other Business Managers and a sales team to maximise results
- Has previous automotive Business Manager Experience and strong negotiation skills
- Has a resilient and proactive attitude to managing challenges
- Takes accountability and ownership of educating the sales team on finance and insurance products to build strength in an early introduction process
- Has strict adherence to compliance and ability to follow process
- Has a high level of computer literacy
- Era experience highly regarded
- Demonstrates leadership ability through supporting the sales team in successfully closing deals
- Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation and planning skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers at all times
- Enjoys working in a retail environment
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Offer our customers 100% of our products 100% of the time
- Maintain finance log and accurately record figures
- Receipt customer deposits and finalise vehicle payments
- Quote, sell and prepare insurance documentation
- Achieve targets and KPI's in relation to the sale of finance and insurance
- Perform PPSR checks
- Tax invoice preparation
- Follow business process adhering to our F & I policy at all times
