We are seeking a detail oriented, self motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team in Truganina.

As a transport coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing activities to ensure not only the efficient and timely delivery of goods but strong problem-solving skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule transportation activities.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure on
- time delivery and resolve any transport related issues.

Collaborate with drivers, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure a smooth operation of the warehouse.

Ensure compliance with transport regulation and company policies.

Solution focused mindset that can valuate transportation issues & topics and win/win solutions with carriers & store network.

Strong Excel and analytical skills:

Customer advocate with transport network:

End user support training and support in Transport Management Systems
