Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide expert guidance to the chairperson and selection panels to champion toptier recruitment and selection practices.
  • Ensure seamless and compliant delivery of largescale recruitment, selection, and onboarding initiatives, aligning with regulations and organisational protocols.
  • Drive the smooth facilitation of onboarding processes, ensuring new hires seamlessly integrate into the organisation.
  • Enhance recruitment practices through review and implementation of continuous improvement strategies, optimising business workflows.
  • Offer insightful analysis on SAAS recruitment activities, furnishing actionable recommendations for refinement where necessary.
  • Foster robust internal and external relationships, leveraging collective knowledge for mutual growth and success
