About the Opportunity
As a Vision Store Support Officer, you will provide effective and timely administrative support to the Vision Store teams.

In this role you will also:

  • Process equipment claims for MAC, DVA, NDIS and other funded sales;
  • Administration of online communication platforms for the Vision Store team.

About You
As part of the Vision Store team, you should have experience in high level administration and customer service. In addition, a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience is encouraged.


You will also have:

  • High proficiency in online customer support platforms;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
