About the Role
Reporting to the Metallurgical Superintendent
, an opportunity exists for an experienced Radiation Officer to join
the Processing team at the Greenbushes mine site.

Responsibilities include:

The primary responsibilities of a Radiation Officer include:

develop and maintain the radiation management plan;

- maintain all radiation records and generate regulatory reports;
- perform radiation monitoring in the field;
- complete training of site personnel regarding radiation awareness; and
- conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure hazard controls are implemented and effective.

We are looking for safety focused, proactive, and positive individuals who are willing to learn, to join the
processing team in the role of Radiation Officer.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

understanding of the WA radiation control legislation and relevant codes of practice or demonstrated ability

to quickly acquire this knowledge;
- hold a radioactive substances license (desirable);
- relevant tertiary qualification (highly regarded); and
- a willingness to contribute toward the success of your team while supporting a positive team culture.
