- $170,000 to $180,000 + S + B

We're looking for Digital Product Owners, with expertise in insurance & digital connectivity (APIs) to enhance product quality for the business.

Role Overview:

As a Digital Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the mission to enhance the connectivity, availability, and quality of the products across digital platforms.

You will be at the heart of shaping and executing the digital product strategy, leveraging your deep understanding of the insurance industry and your expertise in Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Utilize your insurance industry knowledge to contribute insights that enhance the quality and relevance of digital offerings.
Lead Agile product development processes, ensuring efficient sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
Advocate for the customer by understanding their needs and translating them into user stories and product requirements.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation, feedback, and adaptation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience within the insurance industry, with a strong grasp of insurance products, processes, and customer needs.
Solid background in Agile methodologies, with experience in Agile frameworks such as SAFe (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve product goals.
A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering value and achieving business outcomes.
