Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Portfolio Property Manager.

This portfolio will be made of 300 commercial leases worth $80 million.

Days required to work:
Mon

Fri (40 hours a week); WFH is available 2 days WFH, 3 days office

Start date:

ASAP

Pay Rate:
$800 - $1000 per day + super

Contract duration: 12 months from start date

Duties & Responsibilities:

Direct and lead the Commercial team and contribute as a collaborative member of the Property Services leadership team in the achievement of the Units overall objectives.
Lead & support initiatives that improve the performance & sustainability of the property portfolio towards meeting objectives & Property Strategy delivery.
Client representative for Commercial Portfolio Capital Works Projects
Expertly manage the Commercial Portfolio to deliver the operational and social outcomes targeted in Property/Asset Plans.

Accountabilities:

Lead and develop a highly engaged team focused on service delivery and participates in a oneteam, collaborate approach to delivery and problem solving within the business.
Proactively contribute to the development of complementary and supportive Property/Asset strategies by understanding the changing needs, priorities and strategies of the company.
Provide expert advice and input to Development & Strategy to create and maintain overall Property Strategy & operational property plans for the commercial portfolio.
