Key Responsibilities:

Operate a John Deere grader with precision, contributing to various council projects
Undertake manual tasks as required, supporting the broader team's objectives
Ensure final trim pavements meet industry standards with mínimal waste and rework
Maintain positive work relationships, communicating effectively with both public and team members
Meet project deadlines while adhering to safety and quality standards

About You:

Demonstrated experience operating a grader, specifically John Deere, with the ability to perform final trim pavements to a competent industry standard
Possess a current MR licence and White Card.
Capable of undertaking manual tasks and contributing positively to team efforts
Basic numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills to manage project documentation and team communication
Proven track record of effective team collaboration and public interaction, meeting project deadlines without compromising on safety or quality
