The Opportunity

The Role

Supporting the executive, you will work closely to provide high-level administrative support to the executive and help build there team.

With a proactive nature and a "no job too big or small" attitude, you will be able to take on high-level work, yet jump onto office facilities tasks as needed.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Diary and calendar management
Board support, meeting minutes and board papers
Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Arranging domestic travel
Excel reporting
General administrative support to the wider team

You will have a strong administrative background, with experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant but above all you will have a fantastic, collaborative attitude.

With strong attention to detail and an ability to liaise at a senior level, you will be adaptable, flexible and capable of working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

This is a really exciting opportunity to work with a brilliant, down-to-earth Executive who has a wicked sense of humour and will give you the freedom to make this role your own - essentially you will be an extension of their brain
