Your New Role

The Sport and Recreation Manager will be responsible for the overall management of sporting, recreation, and gymnasium services within PCYC Queensland.

This role will coordinate systems, policies and procedures for sport, recreation and gymnasiums on a state wide basis, to ensure both compliance with relative peak body requirements, and sustained commercial performance.

About You

Minimum undergraduate qualification in sport and leisure management and/or a minimum of five (5) years industry experience in a similar role
Demonstrated understanding of the sport, recreation, and gymnasium industry
Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities, partnerships and strategic relationships
Be highly motivated with a strong passion for Health and Fitness
