_Essendon Kia is now looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Consultant (Business Manager) to join one of our Sales team in Essendon Fields._

About the role:

Assisting the sales team with double closing & deal negotiation using an owner's mindset
Facilitating the finance and insurance transactions for dealership customers with integrity
Providing agile and outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers
Strict adherence to compliance and inclusiveness
Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI's

Do you have?

Previous automotive finance sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills and an owner's mindset
Current FSRA and financier accreditation
Ability to demonstrate your results and experience in current and previous F&I roles with integrity
Have excellent verbal & written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
Be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident
A current Australian driver's license
