Description
I am working with a library network, covering the greater Brisbane area, to hire a Library Officer.In this role, be responsible for:
- Face-to-face customer service on the circulation desk
- Answering enquiries
- Shelving
- Tidying the library
- Assisting with basic troubleshooting with IT systems
This is a part-time contract position, based in Meadowbrook, working 8am to 4pm every Tuesday and Wednesday for the entire month of August (10 working days in total).
- Enjoy working in a customerfacing position
- Have strong administrative skills
- Have a willingness to learn and understand different library procedures and policies
- Either have existing experience in a library or be studying to acquire library qualifications
