ECCO Miranda is looking for highly motivated and competitive Retail Team Leader with a passion to succeed. Whilst dedicated to providing a personal level of customer service, you will drive your team to achieve results through leadership and coaching, driving productivity, executing brand campaigns and selling shoes that practically sell themselves


About YOU:


  • You will have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service
  • A collaborator and natural peopleperson who thrives on building relationships
  • Motivated to lead and drive your team to succeed in a work environment that is faster than the average pace
  • Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Have previous retail management experience in a store manager or assistant store manager capacity
  • Provide a persuasive and agile leadership style
  • Someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn and develop not only yourself but the team
  • Have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
