About the role:


You'll also:

  • Own and manage the data logic changes to Kronos Dimensions for designated departments, ensuring it accurately reflects all labour tasks and rates to meet business requirements
  • Act as a workforce planning SME for designated departments, creating processes and embedding an understanding of Kronos Dimensions with stakeholders
  • Identify issues and opportunities for improvement and streamlining of processes
  • Own the process of developing, planning, documenting, and validating strategic Workforce Planning activity to drive overall improvement in the workforce
  • Play a key role in forecasting labour, utilising a consistent and logical approach to distributing hours to support the network

About you and your skills:


You'll also have:

  • Demonstrated experience with business process analysis, development of work standards, documentation of work processes and/or operations logic
  • Strong research and data analysis skills, relating detail to big picture requirements and succinctly presenting recommendations
  • Experience managing operational projects or change initiatives and the demonstrated ability to deliver when under time/resource pressures
  • The ability to work effectively in cross functional teams, developing strong relationships, sharing knowledge, and coaching others as a trusted advisor on metrics and business case support
  • Proven experience in retail/store operations, combined with strong knowledge of Kronos Dimensions
  • Experience in labour modelling ideal, but not a prerequisite
