We are seeking a savvy People Advisor to join our People & Culture Team

The People Advisor reports to the Performance Lead and has a close working relationship with the People & Culture Business Partners, who partner with line managers across the organisation to facilitate the achievement of operational goals.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

Previous experience in a HR Advisor role
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field or working toward it
Highly developed organisation, communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements
