Position Overview:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small, dedicated team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Manuka store.

Your role will involve managing inventory, optimizing visual merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service.

Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while upholding our commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to showcase our products and create an inviting shopping experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal customer base through personalized service and engagement.

Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
