Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing and as a result we are looking for Full time Customer Service Consultants to join our Contact Centre team in Eastern Creek to start on Monday 22nd May.

About our Contact Centre:

Contact Centre Hours of Operation:
Monday to Thursday - 8am to 6pm & Friday 8am to 5pm. No weekend work.

Training:
Full 4 weeks' training is provided to support our new team members. Training hours are 8am-4pm

In this role, you will:

Receive a high level of SUPPORT from our AMAZING TEAM LEADERS
Answer INBOUND PHONE CALLS from our customers
Process PHONE-BASED SALES ORDERS into the system
Provide accurate PRODUCT INFORMATION
Accurately UPDATE CUSTOMER RECORDS
Assist customers with COMPLAINT RESOLUTION (not that we get many)
Show EMPATHY for people needing SUPPORT and ENCOURAGEMENT

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following:
PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE - call centre, office, retail & hospitality backgrounds welcome
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION skills
COMPUTER skills
TO BE A TEAM PLAYER.
Be FLEXIBLE and ADAPTABLE to change
Able to start on MONDAY 22ND MAY 2023
