Key responsibilities will include:


  • Support a team of experienced Mortgage Brokers with admin and processing support
  • Liaise directly with clients ensuring a high degree of customer service
  • Manage database and CRM requirements
  • Work with lending specialists to deliver exceptional lending advice

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar role and the ability to provide loan processing support.
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking desirable
  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
  • Excellent presentation skills and a hardworking attitude
