- Support Asia/Pacific region
- Aust, NZ and Asia
Essential
- Knowledge of Windows 1
- Be the point of contact for user issues
- Communicate effectively with users online and on phone
- Triage issues resolve or route as appropriate
- Install drivers
- Basic understanding of SCCM windows reporting
- Contribute to project rollout and transition planning activities
MUST have
- Previous experience in Windows 10 rollout
- Support transition to BAU
