The Role:


As a Stock Coordinator, you are responsible for the following:
Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining up to date product knowledge to assist Customers with product queries
  • Performing transactions on POS
Stock Management

  • Receive stock upon delivery
  • Escalate stock delivery discrepancies to management when appropriate
  • Process Stock ( Soft & Hard Tagging, handle and fold stock
  • Merchandise replenishment
  • Assist Management with stock date
  • Ensure stock is processed in a timely manner
In

  • Store Operations and VM
  • Ensure that all merchandise is presented as per the VM guide at all times ( i.e. correctly placed, hung and folded)

WHS

  • Exercise a duty of care by performing duties in a safe manner in accordance to safe work practices
  • Reporting all incidents in a timely manner

WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • High attention to detail
  • Articulate problem solving skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office ( Excel)
  • Stock/Administrative retail background
  • Team Player
  • Loves the Glue brand & culture
