Key Responsibilities:

Providing administration support to management, and departments across the organisation.
Work with key stakeholders and provide coordination, planning and support for employee engagement activities, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Creating marketing content, managing calendars and events.
Coordinating events from venue hire to catering, start to finish
Supporting and facilitate Health and Wellbeing initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Ideally you will have proven experience as Administrator or similar role.
Have the ability to remain confidential with sensitive information.
Qualifications or studies across Law, HSEQ, HR and Health and Wellbeing, with a passion and interest.
Loves creating and designing templates and content, have passion for marketing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with key stakeholders and companywide.
Pride yourself on your verbal and written skills.
Wellequipped across Microsoft Office Suite and loves Excel.
