About the role


This Key Account Coordinator role is suited to someone with strong administrative skills, responsible for assisting and providing support to the Key Account Manager in the management, development and smooth operation of all matters concerning key retail partners including System Maintenance, Reporting and Communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Solve simple client problems and analyse client service needs for communication within the company and to service providers.
  • Ensure agreed service levels are maintained for key retail clients.
  • Complaints resolved to the satisfaction of company objectives and client within an agreed timeframe.
  • Preparation of scheduled and ad/hoc reporting.
  • Administration of retail range process and update product pricing/barcode and new line details. Involves updating retail partner systems and communicating to key retailers.
  • Ensure tasks are completed to strict deadlines.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a sales or marketing administrative role in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in full suite of MS Office products with a minimum of intermediate level Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Knowledge of magazine or FMCG industry preferred but not essential.
