WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW

  • You will be trusted and supported by the Director of Sales.
  • You will be leading a team of Sales Reps & Clinical Representatives across WA to drive performance and results.
  • You will spend individual days in field with all members of the team each month to identify framework for coaching and mentoring.
  • You will work with a wide range of external stakeholders from nurses all the way to C-Suite. You will need experience at this level.
  • Identify new high growth markets for new products; develop a strategic plan and business strategies for new products, identifying new revenue streams for existing product lines and lead annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.

WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

  • Looking for a minimum of 6 years' experience in medical device sales with 2 years in sales management.
  • Acute and longterm care experience would be ideal and being comfortable working in sales management in various health care/medical settings and environments (i.e. hospitals mandatory & aged care preferably).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
