Long term opportunity to join a close knit team in the inner north, who are expanding rapidly as their specialised project sector goes from strength to strength.

With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, this small team of 5 has the support and structure of their mid sized Sydney studio, and has clear growth plans around their Melbourne operations.

This role will work closely with the studio director and Project Architects in design development and technical documentation stages of projects that are focused around retail developments in the $10 - $30M scale.

Whilst projects will have strong retail elements, they also have other mixed use components such as childcare, and community facilities.

It would suit someone who likes to be busy, though working long hours is not a thing here, with an excellent culture allround and normal office hours being the directive.

Based on this our client is keen to have an experienced Architectural Technician join them who has strengths in producing high quality documentation and detail design across different projects in all of their stages, coordinating consultants as a part of the process.

This is an ideal opportunity to join a small yet expanding studio with a strong pipeline of committed projects and the ability to grow into a team leadership role as the company grows.
