Client Details

FutureYou have partnered with a HUGE hospitality business in the recruitment of their new permanent Senior Payroll Officer/Project Officer to join their team.

This role is basically the 2IC to the Payroll Manager, being their right hand supporting a depth of projects planned for the foreseeable future.

You will join a team of 5 and have the support of a Payroll Administrator indirectly reporting into you.

Description

Senior level processing - checking payroll
Ensuring accurate compliance
Projects such as the roll out of Kronos
Supporting the training of the new systems roll out
Going to venues/restaurants and training new staff
Data maintenance/integrity
Reporting for payroll, HR and finance
Supporting the training and development of the Junior Payroll Team

Profile

This would suit someone who has 5 years experience in payroll end to end processing and has the passion for projects - are you someone who wants to branch out of just standard BAU? Passion to pass on your knowledge to juniors?

Please ensure you have Kronos - this is the first system being implemented and you'll need to hit the ground running.

Job Offer

In return you will receive $100k - $110k + Super - they are based on the CBD fringe and due to the nature of the role, you will need to be in office 4 days a week - this can reduce after project completion.

They are super conveniently located next all public transport links though so travel shouldn't be a problem.

This is a permanent, full time position.
