Currambena Preschool is a community-based, not-for-profit preschool, operating from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday during school terms.

Nestled within a small independent primary school in Lane Cove we are committed to providing an alternative to mainstream education, developing all aspects of each child.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate educator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a newly created position.


The successful applicant will work with an experienced close-knit team in our 25-place preschool which is rated as "exceeding" the National Quality Standards.


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Diploma of Children's Services
  • Current ACECQA approved First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check Number.
  • Experience working with preschoolaged children
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Standards
  • A positive, friendly attitude.
  • Excellent programing, planning and written documentation skills

Salary:
$57, $72,874.88 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus

  • LANE COVE, NSW 2066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
