About the role


The Hospitality Manager - Quality Compliance and Education is responsible for effective leadership and management of aspects around Quality, Compliance and Education of precinct Hospitality Services across all sites to ensure that residents' needs are met, complies with Food Safety regulations, Accreditation and HACCP standards.

Hospitality Services includes catering, events, housekeeping and laundry service.


This role will drive the implementation of the new Aged Care Standard - Food & Nutrition and to work collaboratively with the Hospitality Manager (Operations) and Residential Services Managers.

About you

  • Relevant trade certificate and industry experience/Relevant qualification in leadership, management and/or supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in:
- providing strong and effective leadership and promoting a culture of teamwork and creativity.
- providing a service which complies with legislative and other compliance requirements.
- managing large scale Hospitality Services.
- working under broad guidelines and autonomously.
- a senior leader position.
- building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.
