Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts in delivering highquality digital projects across the business.
- Develop and implement business analysis frameworks and methodologies that ensure consistent delivery of projects.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve business analysis processes and methodologies.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Business Analysts, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their career objectives.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are captured and aligned with project goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in managing a team of Business Analysts, ideally in a financial services environment.
- Experience in delivering digital projects across the business.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop team members.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in managing external vendors and partners.
