$48K - $52K plus Super- East Brisbane near Gabba parking and close to public transport

You will be handling a number of duties in this friendly, professional environment with career opportunities.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Meet and Greet customers
- Answering of all Calls in a friendly matter
- Manage and order all stationery
- Collect, open and distribution of Company Mail
- Arrange catering organise birthdays and functions
- Schedule appointments for staff manage meeting room calendars
- Assist with Accounts Data Entry client payments
- Assist with newsletters
- Organise general maintenance
- Adhoc office duties scanning etc
Required experience / qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience working on a busy reception desk
- Experience in dealing with customers, clients and staff members in a customer service oriented environment and providing general administrative support
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with an excellent telephone manner
- Intermediate PC skills
