Working for this leading higher education institution a Test Analyst you will be part of the Student and Learning Domain, the team collaborates with various areas of the University to provide solutions to enhance student and staff experience.

Key activities

Motivate, coach and lead testing resources to achieve goals by providing clear performance
Proactively identify technical/nontechnical risks and suggest mitigation measures
Analyse test results and recommend/implement the corrective actions
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and end users
Work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams to develop a strong understanding of the systems and testing objectives
Design, create, execute, analyse automated and manual tests both for progression and regression testing

Skills and experience

Minimum 5+ years' experience in similar roles
Solid skills and experience with Selenium
Expert knowledge of test tools and designing technical frameworks
Experience in leading testing functions through the complete testing lifecycle
Previous experience working across complex large organisations higher education sector highly regarded
Experience in Test tool management & Automation technologies using Jira, Qtest
Knowledge of quality improvement, quality process, quality assurance methodologies and best practices
