We are seeking

motivated professionals to join our ACT factual investigations team as we continue to expand We are seeking

factual investigators ideally experienced in CTP and or Workers Compensation claims to come on board.

  • Never the same day twice_ As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day You will be required to attend various locations, predominantly within Canberra with a proportion of work across the ACT as required.


You will interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner, maintaining effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team.

Based at Head Office, our investigations support team will be on hand to provide thorough training in our case management system and ongoing assistance in the field.

We would also be keen to hear from contractors who are established as a contracting entity or those seeking casual employment.

About you:


  • Hold a
    Certificate III in Investigations (or in process of completing);:
  • Have a current and valid
    Investigators Licence;
  • Have a current and valid driver's license and vehicle;
  • Ideally have experience in CTP claims and/or Workers Compensation claims;
  • Have
    excellent written and verbal skills;
  • Are selfmotivated and able to work within strict time frames.
  • If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd and have relevant insurances.
