About the Company
Our not-for-profit client is a leader in their field and employs close to 5000 people to provide aged care and support services to communities across Australia.
About the Role
The purpose of the role is to provide operational support, administration and training around UKG Workforce Dimensions rostering & time attendance.
This will involve helping users with system queries, making minor changes to the system, as well as hosting training sessions (face to face and Teams) to users in the Brisbane head office and remote areas.
About You
The ideal applicant will display the following skills and experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to speak with people across all levels of the business
- Previous experience with Kronos / UKG / Workforce Dimensions
- Providing support, administration or analysis expertise
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience providing training / willingness to host training sessions
- Degree educated desirable
- Previous not for profit experience desirable
