The Sailmaker is a large, 272-seat dining destination with views of Darling Harbour. The Restaurant serves an incredible buffet breakfast that would rival the best in Sydney.


The Role:


Your main responsibilities in this position as a host will be providing a warm greeting to our guests and seating them according to the floor plan and business demands, answering incoming calls and queries, cashiering and providing exceptions 5 star service at all times.


  • Full Time availability with flexibility of a 7day rotating roster
  • To be able to handle pressure and remain calm in all situations
  • Exceptional a la carte service knowledge
  • Current RSA
  • Friendly personality
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation
