Description

PT Redpath Indonesia has an opening for a Jumbo Operator to join their dynamic team at one of biggest Underground Mine development project in the world in Indonesia.

Location:

Papua, Indonesia

Rotation:
8 weeks on, 4 weeks off

Shift Length:
11 hours

Flights provided from point of hire to job site

Successful completion of pre-employment medical and substance abuse test

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drilling and bolting of incline, decline, drift and mass excavation; primarily face drilling
Ground support, consisting of bolt and mesh
Identify and remedy misfires
Conduct prestart checks of equipment and drill site.
Monitor and operate the drill rig control panel.
Read and follow worksheets and drill patterns
Ensure that work is carried out through adherence to specifications, schedules, and standards
Familiar with hard rock mining techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Be safetyfocused and have a positive cando attitude;
Must have extensive experience in a highspeed single heading development environment;
Be highly driven to achieve project targets, safely and efficiently;
Experience operating Sandvik Jumbos (D422i)
