Our client, a leading Australian law firm, is

seeking an experienced and committed career Legal Assistant to join Sydney office supporting a Partner and their team in the sought-after areas of human rights in the NFP team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Legal Assistant with 3 to 6 years of legal administrative support experience who wants to work on meaningful matters that have a real impact on people's lives.

This opportunity is not suited to law students or graduates.


This is not your average legal role - you will be working on cutting-edge and complex transactions that require a strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to deal with sensitive content whilst providing all facets of administrative support to a team of down to earth practitioners.

In this challenging role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


  • Preparing and amending lengthy legal documentation;
  • Diary management;
  • Coordinating team meetings/events; and
  • Billing and File management
It is essential that you have the ability prioritise your tasks, exceptional organisational and communication skills and strong initiative.

You will have a can-do attitude with the passion to be two steps ahead at all times, whilst providing meticulously accurate administrative support.
