MEGT Australia Ltd is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to commence their Electrical Apprenticeship.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to work full time and gain a recognised qualification (Certificate III in Electrotechnology - Electrical).

When you join this Apprenticeship Program, MEGT will be your legal employer.

This means we will pay your wages and monitor your training while you are placed with our valuable and experienced Host Employer.

Who will you be working for?
Our client specialises in the long-term operation, maintenance, and management of critical public and private assets and infrastructure.

This role offers you an opportunity to secure both knowledge and paid work experience, creating a platform that you can use to build an amazing future career.

What will you be doing?

With work based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney, the 1st year Electrical apprentice will learn how to fault find, maintain and upgrade traffic signals, street lighting and ITS systems.

What are we looking for?

Punctual, reliable and energetic with a solid work ethic
Strong mathematical skills and great attention to detail
Ability to undertake physical work & work at heights
Focus on safety
Certificate II in Electrotechnology
Vehicle & Driver's Licence
White Card
Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Employment Medical Check and National Police Clearance
