Our ING Consumer Lending Tribe are passionate about driving change and differentiation and we are looking for our newest and brightest
Chapter Lead - Change and Projects to join our high performing team to drive the successful end to end delivery of several key Consumer Lending programs.


In this key role, you will be the contact point within the tribe to plan and deliver on the strategic direction across the tribe's project and change portfolio.

This will include working with the Tribe Lead, IT Area Lead, Project Managers, other tribe members and key stakeholders across the bank on creating milestones, managing financials, reporting and planning across the tribe including managing the QBR process.

What are you going to do? You will be

  • Leading and managing the successful delivery of the tribes project and change capabilities
  • Using your agile expertise to participate in the tribes meetings, lead portfolio discussions, manage the QBR process for the tribe and refinement of project milestones
  • Actively manage delivery expectations of the business, operations and other technology teams and continuously look to improve processes within the tribe
  • Aligning ING deliverables to vendor deliverables at both macro and micro level
  • Managing the demands for fast project delivery against agreed time lines
  • Preparing and facilitating workshops, both internally and externally with relevant stakeholders to define requirements and make business recommendations in a timely manner

What are we looking for? Someone who has

  • Demonstrated experience in working and managing timely delivery of multiple complex projects with teams spread across geographical locations
  • People management experience and a passion around developing the team with strong coaching, team building and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work and deliver with a focus on outcomes
  • Proven track record in understanding project delivery from inception to delivery and everything in between
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to enable discussions and prioritisation within the business
