Are you a skilled and experienced Machine Maintenance Person looking for a new opportunity? Join our team for a role based in Alderley, Brisbane, and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machines within a food production environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of machines used in food production.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with production teams to schedule and execute preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure all machines are operating efficiently and meeting safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in machine maintenance, preferably within a food production setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with a variety of machines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and communication purposes.

Requirements:


  • Similar experience in machine maintenance.
  • Willingness to work in a fastpaced food production environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for maintenance tasks.
