Role


As a Replenishment Planner, you will play a vital role in managing their inventory control system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and optimizing warehouse operations.

Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will work closely with our warehouse and production teams to streamline processes and support our business growth.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Plan and forecast replenishment stock, warehouse levels, and obsolescence.
  • Perform comprehensive inventory control tasks including cycle counting, stock flow and adjustments of both inbound and outbound stock.
  • Optimize production scheduling for efficiency.
  • Oversee Chep/Loscam pallet management and maintain Item Master Data.
  • Manage notifications, orders, and documentation promptly.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships including suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies
  • Monitor stock quality, delivery times, and costs for improvements.
  • Collaborate across departments for efficiency and expectation management.

Successful applicants will hold:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with retail product exposure and large SKU portfolio.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing/operations systems and processes.
  • Strong understanding of planning systems, specifically MRP processes (SAP Business One (B1) and Netstock (MRP) experience is desirable), and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to comprehend inventory management business systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive, customerfocused mindset.
