This professionally operated organisation has operated within the industry for over 20 years, growing to be a major player in the industry, with four offices and a track record of successfully delivering multi-million-dollar landmark projects.

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join the business.

This is a diverse position and best suited to a young ambitious professional who is looking to start their career and ready to learn all aspect of the business.


Primary Objective


In the position of Administration Assistant, you will bring excellent customer service skills, impeccable attention to detail, initiative to problem solve and multi task in an ever-changing environment.

Day to day responsibilities assisting the electrical team will include:


  • Answering phone calls
  • Greeting clients
  • Data entry, invoicing, filling
  • Customer service work (taking orders, dealing with customers, assist staff with data updates including stock, deliveries )
  • Assisting managers
  • Develop social media opportunities. Manage photos and stories.
  • Basic administration duties
  • Shadowing the Team and helping with any duties

  • Vehicle and Drivers Licence
